Most companies begin with a vision; ours began in 2007 — with frustration. After years of working in corporations and big consulting firms, we had enough. We saw all the pie-in-the-sky sales pitches and promises. We listened to the salespeople make extraordinary promises with no awareness of how difficult those promises would be to deliver. We watched inexperienced consultants make claims they couldn’t back up with product. We watched projects that should have been completed in months stretch out to years; costs were doubled, tripled, and more. Excuses mounted, leadership changed, the same poor support and delivery continued, glossed over with sparkling sales pitches.
We believe in getting the users involved in project decision-making. We believe in clear, complete, accessible proposals. We believe in doing what we say we will do, when we say we’re going to do it. We don’t attempt to dazzle with ridiculous marketing language and outlandish sales pitches. We only offer what we can deliver.
